Every currency now has its own published price that matches what you are actually charged, your owner numbers and owner code are restricted to the business owner and admins, and AI Configuration names exactly which part of a save has not reached your phone agent yet.

New prices never reach customers who already subscribed, the price overview names the phone number you get before you pay, the widget on your own site has been redesigned, and saving your AI configuration tells you exactly what was stored.

Two things the Billing page could not do before: finish a payment your bank stopped, and move your current plan between monthly and annual billing. Your agent also now speaks from everything in your knowledge base.

The last check Skaala makes before writing a booking now reads exactly the same calendars that decide which time slots are offered, so a time that is busy on a secondary calendar can no longer slip through.

A calendar you imported with an iCal (ICS) link is a real part of your availability again — recurring events and all — and you can now see and remove your imports yourself.

Payment screens now show the VAT and the total, not just the net price. Plan changes carry your minutes with them. And the website widget loads a fraction of what it used to.
